You are expected to post on this wiki at least twice a week: 1st post - about your own project: What have you found interesting so far? What are your dillemas? Do you need advice from others for any purpose that is related to SIRP?
We will begin by adding New Posts to the discussion that is attached to "Stage1 - Preliminary Search for Topic". Please follow directions for new posts, as we proceed.
2nd post - responding to others. For example: Advise others on their projects, enrich lists of resources of data, articles, movies, etc., comment on the project itself.
The best way to do this is by replying to existing posts, thereby giving more weight to the thread, and helping to organize the many responses.
You can also start a "New Post", if you think there is no existing post with a related idea.
Discussion etiquette:
1) Language: Do NOT use shortcuts and abbreviations (e.g. " I'll do anything 4 u")
2) At the opening of your post, write your FIRST NAME and DATE you posted.
3) Keep any personal comments to the minimum. Everything on this wiki must be RELEVANT TO BIOLOGY and to the SIRP. Personal comments can be emailed directly to other members.
4) Do not hesitate to ask / comment about the management of the SIRP. This is my first time doing this with many factors that I could not predict when we started. If you don't correct me - I will never know something is wrong until the end of the year!
